restfb
RestFB is a simple and flexible Facebook Graph API client written in Java.
It is open source software released under the terms of the MIT License.

Features

restfb has been designed with several objectives in mind. The most important of these are defined as follows.

Zero runtime dependencies

You don't need to include additional libraries in your project. There are no dependency conflicts. In addition, RestFB is highly portable and can be used in both Android projects and normal Java applications.

Maximal extensibility

Although we provide a standard implementation for our core components, each component can be replaced with a custom implementation. This allows RestFB to be easily integrated into any kind of project. Even Android projects are supported.

Minimal public API

TThe RestFB API is really minimal and you only need to use one method to get information from Facebook and one to publish new items to Facebook. We provide default implementations for all the core components, so you can drop the jar into your project and be ready to go.

Simple metadata-driven configuration

Our Facebook types are simple POJOs with special annotations. This configuration is designed for ease of use and can be used to define custom types very easily.

Download

RestFB can be downloaded from Github or used as a Maven dependency. There is also a sample project on Github.

The safest and most secure method to obtain these tools is directly via the official storage domains. 1. Modern Command-Line Tools ( cmdline-tools )

Downloading the Android SDK can be slow or fail entirely due to network restrictions or being geographically far from Google's servers. There are two primary ways to resolve this.

For scenarios that require a GUI-less setup—such as CI/CD servers, build machines, or emulator-only environments—download the Command line tools only package directly below. Visit the Android Studio download page and scroll to the Command line tools only section to select the ZIP archive for your OS.

If you absolutely require the deprecated standalone SDK Manager (e.g., for legacy app maintenance on older APIs), third-party mirrors often host the old packages. However, , may lack security updates, and often fail to update modern Android APIs due to repository changes by Google.

Purpose: allow adb, sdkmanager, and other tools to run from any shell or IDE.

These are tools that interface with the Android platform (ADB, Fastboot). They are backward compatible, meaning you generally only need the latest version.

Google categorizes the standalone SDK tools into two main types: (which include sdkmanager and avdmanager ) and Platform-Tools (which include adb and fastboot ). : The easiest way to get the latest SDK is by downloading Android Studio. It includes a graphical interface to install and update all necessary SDK packages.

Always use the latest version of the Platform-Tools to ensure compatibility with new Android API levels.
