If you know you are going to decommission a server or move a VM, run nessuscli fix --reset first to try and release the binding.

You must be the owner of the code (registered to your account) for the reset option to appear. Also, be aware that there is a time limitation on how frequently you can reset an activation code – often a 10‑day waiting period between resets.
